ONSPEED treats your privacy seriously. We use the personal information that we collect from you in accordance with this Privacy Policy and we comply with all UK and EU data protection legislation.

Who are we?
ONSPEED is a wholly owned subsidiary of Z Group Plc, which is one of the largest providers of global Internet roaming in Europe.

To what services does this policy apply?
This policy only applies to the web site hosted by ONSPEED which is located at http://www.onspeed.com/ and all the personal information collected by ONSPEED from customers using our service and collected from customers when they register for ONSPEED's service, but does not apply to the third party companies, individuals, organisations or other websites to which ONSPEED links to. These sites operate their own privacy policy. We urge you to read these carefully.

What do we mean by personal information?
When we refer to personal information in this Privacy Policy, we mean information that can identify you as an individual or is capable of doing so. By personal information we don't mean general, statistical, aggregated or anonymised information.

How do we collect information about you and how is it used?
You will provide personal information when communicating with us. (i.e. when you fill out your registration form to become a Customer of ONSPEED).

You will be asked to give your name, e-mail address, address, telephone number, credit or debit card number and expiry date so that the order can be processed and your products (or services where appropriate) delivered to you.

It may be that some of the personal information you give us is sensitive personal data within the meaning of the Data Protection Act 1998. Any such information ("sensitive information") will only be disclosed with your express consent.

How do we protect your information?
When you review your account information or order products, ONSPEED offers the use of a secure server. In addition, we have strict security procedures covering the storage and disclosure of your information in order to prevent unauthorised access and to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998.
